Order issues

I’ve ordered the wrong size. How can I change my order?

Please get in touch with us quick. If your order has not been sent out, we may be able to make the changes.

Can I cancel my order after placing the order?



Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.

Which currencies can I shop in? 

At the moment you only can shop in EUR. We are working on that! 

Why haven’t I received any tracking or order confirmation?

Please check your junk folder first. If you still haven’t received any order confirmation, get in touch with us!

Delivery

Which countries do you ship to? And which couriers do you use?

We’ve partnered up with Fedex. Also, we offer Worldwide Express Shipping so anybody in the world can wear our clothes.

When can I excpect my delievery? 

Since we offer Worldwide Express Shipping your order should be delivered within 3-5 business days. 

Is it freeship?


Shipping costs will be displayed before checkout. 

My parcel got lost. What do I do?

Unfortunately parcels get lost sometimes. Please contact us immediately so we can find the best solution!

Returns

I've returned my order, when can I expect a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. 

Credit or debit card - funds are usually returned in around 3-7 working days. Please note, this time is taken by the banks to process the transaction.

Paypal - the funds will be available immediately, please allow 3/5 days for us to process the refund.

How do I make a return?

To arrange a return please email us via info@your-somnia.com. We will email you a form that is needed to identify all returned items. For more informations please go to Shipping & Returns.

What is your returns policy?

All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit.

Items must be returned in its original state with all tags still attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered outside of the stated 14-day policy window will not be accepted.  

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You have pay for returns shipping for any item returned for a refund, exchanges are free. 

Exchanges

Can I exchange for a different item? 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items. You will need to place a new order and follow the returns instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order.

Why haven't I received my exchange?

Please allow us 1 – 3 working days to process your exchange upon receipt of your return. All exchanged items will be shipped out with DHL Express.
