All orders will ship in 2-3 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or  Switzerland holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email hello@yoursomnia.com with your order number. 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed. 

If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. 

Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. Items may be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items.  


INTERNATIONAL 

Free standard shipping to countries within the European Union. Shipping costs to countries outside the EU will be displayed before checkout. 

These countries are shipped with DDP (delivered duties paid): France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerlandand, United States, UK. Your taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout and you will be charged when you place the order. All other countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

The price associated with duties and taxes vary from country to country. For more information please visit DHL's Duties and Taxes. 

Route shipping insurance ensures protection of shipments in case they're lost, stolen, or damaged. All orders placed without Route are not eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases. Please visit their website for more information. 

Hi! We hope you love your new your somnia as much as we do, but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are the details: Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Here’s how it works:

1. Complete the form we've send you with you order. Please make sure you input your Order Number correctly.
2. Pack and secure your items in original packaging along with the form.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility. Any duties and taxes paid are also nonrefundable. your somnia is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
4. Ship the item(s) off to the address provided, and you’re all set.

Exchanges

Price adjustment

Wrong/Damaged items

Selected promotional sales and all associated shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
